Barefoot Wellness Studio is for you. The biggest compliment we often hear is that you feel the benefits before the class is even over

Workshops are offered several times a year. Email and text notifications are sent 4 weeks in advance. All workshops have been sold out. Don’t wait to reply. Workshops incorporate educational lectures along with either a little or a lot of physical movement depending on the workshop

We also offer "PopUps" which are larger size classes we present in  larger spaces around the city and suburbs. Make sure to get on our email list to find where and when you can be in our  "PopUp"

Qigong

Qigong is a slow moving meditation promoting strength and wellness by bringing calm and balance. Qigong is a quiet practice that prevents and heals physical conditions while clearing the mind through slow breathing. Qigong can make a huge  impact improving  quality  of  life by finding and cultivating our “yi “ 意

Tai chi, another internal art. Taking time to understand Tai  Chi  movement.  Tai Chi made simple. chū xīn 初心

The goal in yin yoga  is to experience a powerful corrective  shift  happening  in  the  body  while  being  present  in  the  stillness.
